"We've been using SofToppers for years on our first generation 4Runners. Their seals (both cab and bed rail) do great. We're buying more because we're replacing the quarter panels on one of them (and 86) and wasn't the top to seal as well a when we originally installed it. Great products that last!"

Softopper review

"My Softopper stays on my RAM 1500 most of the time. I seldom take it off. I get all kinds of questions about it and continue to recommend it to anyone who asks because I love it! I did have to replace the rear clear panel because, after 4+ years of exposure to the elements, it was no longer clear. Easily done and no complaints. I abused it as best I could (dessert heat, bitter cold, sticky dust, freezing rain) and finally it crazed over to the point where it need replacing. Being able to just swap out the old panel with a new one for $100 (incl. shipping) is fine by me. Like I said, I would and do highly recommend this product. It is durable, versatile, adaptable and worth every penny. Seriously considering the Canvas Cage Bed Rack as the next purchase."

"OEM" replacement

"Had to remove my bed rails for some work. When I reinstalled, I bought a camper seal from somewhere else. It did not seal and allowed the rails to move. Ordered the new seals from Softopper and are far superior. Love the top , love the service."

Q&A

Is this stripping high density foam, closed cell? Is it waterproof? My original strip pressed down to nothing.

We have seen customers in the past double layer their weather stripping as an extra precaution.
